• Where is the store based?

• When I hang my Spicy Type prints, will the spices fall off?

  The spice prints look so real because they are photographs of artwork I made, using real spices. The print you get is an archival reproduction of that photograph, so the spices will stay on a long, long time.
  

• Are all your items really hand made?

  You betcha!

• There’s a friend I was thinking of getting something for as a present. Do you gift wrap?

  Yes. Make a note during checkout. And you should call them up anyway.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. Since USPS shipping costs are so high, I actually ship internationally at a small loss. I want you to be able to enjoy Hebrew Type wherever you are, and even though shipping outside the U.S. is costly, I'm sharing in that burden with you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Unless otherwise noted on the item's detail page, orders are shipped within two business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 12 weeks.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the Storenvy Buyer's Agreement for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, say hello. I'm here to help.

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
